$249 or less → Standard rates apply.

$250–$1,000 → Free Ground Shipping (U.S. only).

$1,000+ → Free 2nd Day Shipping (U.S. only).

$5,000+ → Free Next Day Shipping (U.S. only).

Signatures: A signature is required for insured packages. If you waive this, you accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage.

PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. 
- 
International: At this time, we only ship within the United States. 
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under these conditions:
How to Start a Return
- 
Email concierge@departmentnashville.com within 24 hours of delivery. 
- 
We’ll confirm eligibility and email you a return label. 
- 
Items sent back without approval or using a different label will not be accepted. 
For Online Purchases
- 
Eligible items may be returned for online store credit only. 
- 
Credit must be used online and cannot be redeemed in-store. 
- 
Exchange requests must be received within 7 business days of delivery. 
For In-Store Purchases
- 
Items may be returned for refund within 48 hours only or in-store credit within 14 days. 
- 
Store credit cannot be applied to online orders. 
Item Condition
- 
Returned items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and in original packaging. 
Special Orders & Altered Items
- 
Final sale. 
- 
Includes pieces made to order, customized, or altered. 
Refunds & Shipping
- 
Refunds (if applicable) are issued only to the original form of payment. 
- 
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from credits/refunds. 
Repairs
If your item arrives damaged or needs repair over time, email us a photo at concierge@departmentnashville.com.

We’ll provide a repair estimate and timeline. 
- 
Designer or local repair fees + shipping may apply. 
Lost or Stolen Packages
- 
Orders shipped with signature required and lost/stolen before signature → covered by insurance. 
- 
After signature → Department LLC is not responsible. 
-
